How long does it take for my orders to arrive? 

- Essentially we ship out all our orders between Monday to Friday from 08 GMT to 17 GMT, our average delivery time is between 7 to 14 days. However  In a small minority of cases, delivery can take longer. If it's been more than 5 weeks, contact us and we will help track down your order.

How can i place my order?

- Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method for the goods, we will ship your package within 7-14 business days.

What if i have given the wrong shipping address?

- In a scenario as such, we would urge you to contact us as soon as possible as all our products are usually shipped out on the same day. 

Is Roll-Hex loud?

-Given our Roll-Hex desk toy is carved out of metal, it is imperative there will be a rhythmic sound created on contact with the surface. In some cases, the noise can be mitigated by adding a layer, however to get the best out of our Roll-Hex, a smooth surface will give the most amazing results.

How much do they weigh?

-They weigh at about 20g-25g. Very light and durable.

What is the materials used?

-It is carved out of durable blocks of metal that is the top of the range and is easy to handle with just one hand.

-We use two different types of metal 

• Zinc Alloy
• Aluminium Alloy

Our use of metals are solely dependent on the availability & procurement process. All Roll-Hex Desk Toys are then coated with the preferred color.
